New to the Bookshelf
Here are some of the new books that have made their way into our home recently:
Cruciform Church: Becoming a Cross-Shaped People in a Secular World by C. Leonard Allen
The Wit and Wisdom of Discworld (Discworld Novels) by Terry Pratchett and Stephen Briggs
The Irrational Season by Madeleine L’Engle
Here Be Dragons by Sharon Kay Penman
The Barbarian Way: Unleash the Untamed Faith Within by Erwin Raphael McManus
The New Testament and the People of God (Christian Origins and the Question of God) by N. T. Wright
Honestly, I don’t know when I’ll have time to get them read, but I do hope to eventually.
Happy Saturday!
(Oh, and anyone out there who might be able to help me figure out how to use HTML to get some space around this photo, I’d appreciate it. I tried vspace and hspace, and the space shows up in the editor but not when it’s been published. Grrrrr.)

Hi Aunt Joyce, if you would like some space around the image you can get rid of the vspace and hspace attributes and add this style to your img tag: style=”padding-right:15px;”
You can remove the “-right” part if you would like the padding applied all around the image.
Your WordPress theme has the padding set in style.css under .entry img {} and there are several other styles that have been setup for you to use such as right, left, and center.
So, basically is you’ll need to mess with your style sheet or make the change in the img tag for this one post.
Have fun!
Thanks, Eddie. For whatever reason, WordPress just takes the style=”padding-right:15px;” right out whenever I save it. Not very nice of them, huh?
